Automate Quality Control
The Mailing Approval Workflow component addresses the need to have more control over the type of mailing content sent to subscribers. This feature provides a group of administrator users, called the Approval Group, with the ability to review mailing attributes prior to sending the mailing to a selected group of recipients. In other words, the Mailing Workflow feature acts as a built-in component for quality control.
Benefits of the Mailing Workflow Process
- Interactive approval workflow status and commentary logging with automated process alert notifications
- Provides Approval Group members with the ability to monitor and review the mailing content created by new employees and StormPost users, prior to scheduling and sending the mailing
- Gives StormPost users, who place the responsibility of building mail creative in the hands of outside resources, the opportunity to review the content before the mailing is sent to the subscriber base
